摘 要:有刷直流电机的电枢电路具有独立的换向回路,换向过程对主电路基本没有影响。新直流电动机(New DCM)的电枢电路与电子换向器的结构、通电逻辑、换向单元的自感、互感及运行条件等因素有关,本文较深入全面地分析了9换向单元New DCM的电枢电路,并讨论了换向单元自感、互感对机械特性的影响,本文的研究结果对电子换向器和电机本体的设计具有指导意义。 关键词:机械换向;电子换向器;新直流电动机;电枢电路
Abstract: A brush DC motor armature circuit has independent commutation circuit, thus commutation process has no effect on the main circuit. While New DCM armature circuit is related to the structure of electronic commutator, conduction logic, self and mutual inductance of commutation unit. This paper deeply analyzed the armature circuit of nine commutation unit New DCM, discussed the influence of self and mutual inductance on mechanical properties.
